How the “open / full” routing works (the key feature)

Every rescue can flip a single switch — Open to new animals or Currently full — in one tap, no login maze. When a rescue is marked Full, the finder automatically skips it and highlights the next available rescue that takes that species. Every rescue currently shows “call to check”, because we have not confirmed with them yet. As rescues are onboarded their own status appears here and expires after a few days, so it never goes stale.
